Photovoltaic loans open up the road to wealth
Recently, Zhou Xiaojun, a villager from Fangkou Village, Changle Town, Shengzhou City, obtained 47000 yuan of "photovoltaic loan" funds from the local Agricultural and Commercial Bank, and successfully installed solar photovoltaic panels on his own roof, becoming a person who enjoys "sunshine benefits" in the city.
Since the beginning of this year, the Shaoxing Banking Regulatory Bureau has actively responded to the requirements of national poverty alleviation work, accurately implemented policies, vigorously promoted "photovoltaic loans" products in all agricultural financial institutions under its jurisdiction, and focused on promoting financial poverty alleviation work. The "Photovoltaic Loan" product is signed with a cooperation agreement between the bank, photovoltaic company, and farmers in advance. Farmers apply for loan funds from the bank, which are directly used to purchase photovoltaic panels and install them on their own roofs. They use sunlight to generate electricity, with a service life of up to 25 years. After meeting their own electricity needs, they sell the excess electricity to the power company. Generally, the loan can be fully repaid within 8 years, and their monthly net income is around 400 yuan, opening up a "sunshine path" for farmers to become rich.
