We will continue to build and improve our global sales network, providing services to Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, North America, and other regions. In December 2015, we passed the ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification and ISO14001 environmental management system certification from the authoritative certification and testing organization SGS in this industry. Adhering to the quality policy of "customer first, leadership role, full participation, and continuous improvement", we launched Total Quality Management, continuously providing product and service quality, continuously improving and perfecting the quality management system, and continuously enhancing customer satisfaction.
The company's products have obtained independent certification from international and domestic certification bodies such as SGS, TUV, CE, and Golden Sun CQC, and have applied for testing institutions in multiple regions such as JET, J-PEC, CEC, and MCS. At the same time, Ruigao photovoltaic modules have passed the PID free test by the international authoritative certification agency Intertek and the salt spray test by the SGS agency, effectively ensuring the applicable environment of photovoltaic modules. In addition, the company also provides a dual guarantee of component power: this dual guarantee refers to the enterprise product insurance provided by the National Development and Reform Commission's National Cooperation Center, CQC, and professional insurance companies on the basis of free quality assurance. This is also the first batch of relevant insurance for photovoltaic enterprises in China, providing our customers with a "worry free" value-added service throughout the process.
